Responsible for assuring the availability and replenishment of spare parts to fulfil customer demand.
Conduct Root Cause and Corrective Action analyses for unexpected, undesirable results and present them to the supervisor/management.
Ensure minimal or zero stock outs of critical parts to reduce downtime. Optimal Inventory level to be planned at hubs, Spoke or customer locations.
High in energy, strong work ethic, adaptive, able to meet tight deadlines working with cross functional teams
Strong analytical, problem solving and system skills
Ability to take decisions with minimal support and willingness to work under challenging situations
Responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and keeping track of shipment delivery and costs (Budget planning).
Coordinate, Ship and Track repair and refurbish parts to-and-fro customer sites globally ensuring RCCA is adhered and aligned cross functionally.
Working towards a common business objective and to meet monthly KPI’s aligned with supervisor/manager.
Generate necessary s based on pre-defined frequency or as and when required.
Streamline spare part inventory availability and process
Manage spare part inventories along with logistics involved in the Operations.
Skills and Experience Required :
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or commerce
Master of Business Administration in operations/supply chain management preferred
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in Parts Demand or Supply Planning with exposure to logistics operations in a manufacturing set up or similar background.
Strong knowledge of Supply Chain domain is a big plus
Excellent communication skills at all levels, both verbal and written.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Material Resource Planning (MRP) software preferred
