We are hiring Customer Sales Executive for US process.

Key Skills:

• Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
• Familiar with US accent.
• Should have a strategic mindset.
• Should have experience in the sales process.

• Self-started should be able to work under pressure, team player, multitasking.
• Minimum 6 months experience in call centers.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• The ability and desire to sell.

Job responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to promote and sell new products and services.
• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.Researching prospects and generating leads.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.Managing the sales process through specific software programs.Building and maintaining a CRM database.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Participating in sales team meetings.
• Assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication * Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹11,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Night shift

• Performance bonus

• Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Direct sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• BPO: 1 year (Preferred)
