Job Summary:
The HR Executive is proactively and dynamically lead in the entire HR function of the Company. Lead in maintaining the order and streamline various HR functions.
Key result area (KRA):
1. Handle End to End Recruitment and sourcing resumes through Job portals.
2. Source, co-ordinate and conduct Placement drive in various colleges, institutions across Pan India.
3. Screening profiles according to the job specifications.
4. Conducting the first level of interviews and salary negotiations with prospective candidates.
5. Coordination Pre-joining engagement with the candidates till successful on boarding, Induction and joining formalities.
6. Conduct exit formalities and Full & final process with documentation.
7. Support End to End Employee lifecycle management.
8. Prepare HR letters/ documents.
9. Leave and attendance management.
10. Maintain HR MIS and Documentation.
11. Support and initiate employee safety programs.
12. Drive the Staff & Family Insurance program.
13. Answer employee queries related to HR.
14. Any other task assigned by the management or the designated authority from time to time.
Desired Qualification:
1. MBA or BBA, MPM from reputed Institute.
2. 1- 2 year of experience in HR. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
3. Flexible and adapt to change.
4. Excellent in Communication and Interaction skills.
5. Proven track record.
6. Capacity to handle the work pressure and targets.
7. Demonstrated management presentation abilities.
8. Strong Inter- personnel and negotiation skills.
9. Should be able to work independently.
10. Travel to other office locations and placement drives, even during pandemic with Covid-19 protocols.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹200,000.00 – ₹400,000.00 per year
