Job Description:-

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, such as job portal, social media, networking, industry events.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews and coordinate the selection process.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions.
• Drafting Offer Letter & appointment letter.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration or related field/MBA.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
