Qualification : Graduate / MBA in HR
Experience : Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in a reputed school in same Position.
Roles and Responsibilities
HR Operations & Recruitment
Recruitment of teaching & non teaching staff for school
Preparation and issuance of new hire appointment letters, increment, Promotion letter, transfer letters and other HR Communications.
Handle On boarding activities, Service Confirmation and exit formalities
Preparation and Maintenance of complete database of all the employees.
Maintenance and updation of Leave and Attendance records.
Managing Individual Employee file for all the employees.
Preparation of Monthly payroll through HRMS software
Managing the Monthly & Weekly Report to be shared with the key stakeholders
Manage Statutory Compliance (EPF, ESIC, Gratuity) and coordinate with Vendor for the same
Preparation and providing of need based MIS reports and furnishing of various information to the Management.
Manage employees’ queries / concerns / grievances and providing resolution.
Updating HRMS software on Timely basis.
