The Role:
The Field and Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving field and channel facing marketing campaigns and activities in India and certain areas of the Asia Pacific region to increase the number of leads and grow the marketing generated revenue contribution from the region.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in conceptualizing, planning, socializing, executing, tracking, and reporting on field and channel marketing for a global B2B technology company.
Responsibilities:
Be the region’s primary point of contact for Field and Channel Marketing
Develop strong relationship with sales, SDRs, channel partners, marketing operations and other team to develop an inclusive strategy
Own regional website, content, webinars, events, e-mail campaigns, newsletters, partner recruitment & enablement
Plan, develop, and execute regional field and channel marketing campaigns
Drive awareness & lead generation by owning regional marketing efforts
Develop relationships with channel partners, channel account managers and sales development to drive integrated marketing campaigns and joint go-to-market activities
Enable channel partners including conducting enablement training
Develop quarterly plans aligned with market penetration and lead goals aligned with budget allocation
Role may require approx. 10-20% regional travel as well as work with other global time zones
Key Skills & Experience required:
5+ years proven B2B Field and Channel Marketing experience in a global channel-led technology brand
Demonstrated experience in a similar role delivering top-line impact through field and channel marketing campaigns and activities
Skilled at driving regional awareness and lead generation to increase marketing generated revenue contribution for a targeted region
Strong stakeholder management experience across globally spread cross-functional teams of sales, channels, and marketing
Strategic thinker with hands on experience in getting things done
Excellent written and verbal communication with high proficiency in English as well as strong interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce, ZoomInfo etc. a plus
