As the Art Director/ Lead Visual Designer, you will guide the audience through the information being presented to them, using words as well as images, and creating structure and emphasis through the layout and typography. Your work will address the global audiences and will be showcased on international platforms, so you will have ample opportunity to take pride in your work.
You are a great fit if you can combine art and technology to create visuals that communicate ideas. You can bring ideas to life using creative flair and ninja-level design software skills.
What you will do:
Determining how best to represent a concept visually
Determining which photographs, art, or other design elements to use
Developing the overall look or style of a social media campaign, an online ad, or a video
Supervising design staff. Reviewing and approving designs, artwork, photography, and graphics
Talking to internal stakeholders to develop an artistic approach and style
Developing detailed budgets and timelines. Presenting designs to the Marketing Head for approval
Managing design asset portfolio, and building a library of usable design assets using industry leading stock image platforms
Ensuring that all visual output is on-brand and consistent design philosophy
Required Candidate profile
What you need to have:
Any undergrad; Bachelor’s degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual
communications) preferred
Overall experience of 8+ years with at least 3 years in visual design leadership or
art direction; background in B2B product/service firm preferred
Expertise in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator required
Video skills would be a plus
