Full Job DescriptionAbout This Job:
Our Cruise Agents are experts in the travel and leisure industry, helping consumers globally to take the vacations of their dreams. In this role you will leverage your love of travel to deliver outstanding customer service to our members and reach the team’s monthly goals. This role is great for anyone skilled in inbound or outbound sales.
Responsibilities:
Assist members with understanding program benefits and consult them on product inquiries
Properly search for air availability and quote itineraries in all fare types and cabins.
Resolve questions and be able to process all travel inquiries
Assist members with schedule changes, reinstate cancelled bookings; and overall troubleshooting for any irregular case.
Able to understand and demonstrate consultative selling techniques
Field inbound calls or make outbound calls for the majority of your shift
Personally, responsible for meeting monthly individual goals
Become an arrivia brand expert to assist members
Manage member information confidentially and accurately to ensure transactions are processed correctly
Collaborate with team members to meet monthly goals
Requirements:
Travel, Tourism and Hospitality experience required
3 years of experience in a call center environment
Excellent communication with fluency in English
Experience servicing a United States customer base
Airline, Travel and Resorts experience preferred
GDS Travel Software experience
Able to learn new process quickly and adaptable to change
Comfortable making outbound and taking inbound member calls
Must be willing to work on an American schedule (between 7:30pm-7:30am)
