Responsibilities
Manage outbound and inbound customer calls to promote and sell a product or service.
Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information and emails.
Consolidate existing customer base while building new customer base.
Record outbound and inbound call history and customers response in detail.
Ensure customer follow-up all the time.
Send or email product literature, brochures, catalogs and other campaign material.
Handle customer needs and requirements.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve.
Refer customers’ needs or inquiries to appropriate departments like sales, marketing, administrative or other departments.
Assist and support sales, marketing or other departments in handling customer requests and needs.
Able to handle international clients
Aggressive attitude and keen to chase the Revenue Targets
Persuasive and goal-oriented
Experience closing enterprise-level deals
Requirements
Any graduate
Proven work experience as a Telemarketer, Sales Representative, or equivalent Customer Services/Sales role.
Proven record of being able to achieve sales target
Know-how of CRM software and telephone systems
Proficiency in the English Language will be a must
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Exceptional knowledge of sales talk techniques.
Excellent Negotiation skills
Patient enough to deal with customer rejections.
