Responsibilities:Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needsSource potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessmentsPlan in-person interviews and selection procedure.Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.Lead employer branding initiativesOrganize and attend job fairs and recruitment events if needed.RequirementsProven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networksHands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants.Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizationsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Recruiting: 2 years (Preferred)total work: 2 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91 9969785643
