Job Title: HRIS Analyst/Senior Analyst (Workday)

Job Purpose
Due to the continued growth of the business, we are currently looking for a passionate, driven and energetic HRIS/Workday specialist to join the organisation and help drive automation and improved functionality of our current HCM tool (Workday) as well as assisting the business with supporting our Learning Management System (LMS) platform (Fuse Universal).
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and will thrive in a fast- paced environment, they will also be process oriented and have a keen eye for detail and passion for HR systems (Workday), process efficiency and all things HR technology.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking work in a continually evolving HR Systems function. You will get exposure to all areas of HR Systems including Workday, LMS, recruitment and payroll. You will be working with stakeholders to optimise their current HR technology as well as working on new implementation projects. Hands on Workday experience is essential.
Key responsibilities
Provide first line support for Workday queries from users and HR.
Accountable for data integrity within Workday.
Support and maintenance of the Argus LMS platform, Fuse Universal.
Translating business needs into technical requirements.
Resolving and researching issues where possible or liaising with 3rd party support agent.
Support the development of Workday and implementation of any additional Workday modules.
Prepare training materials and deliver training where necessary.
Suggest better ways of working to utilize technology.
Creating test plans to ensure changes are delivering to requirement and executing tests or liaising with stakeholders to complete testing.
Participate in the bi-annual Workday release cycle including (but not limited to) the following activities:
Research and assess changes to existing functionality and any new functionality to present to stakeholders.
Assist with regression testing relating to the functional areas of support.
Update functional process guides, training materials and user guides for end users.
Provide support on ad-hoc projects as required.
Allocating security roles and conducting regular audits of security roles and users.

Skills and Experience
Essential
Proven experience with Workday systems support.
Experience of writing HTML or the capability and desire to learn.
Experience creating Workday reports and calculated fields.
Experience in analysing and cleansing large quantities of data to produce workable business solutions.
Ability to identify process efficiencies i.e. data flow across HR systems.
Strong analytical skills (high level of MI reporting capability)
Experience in the continuous improvement of HR processes for a global organisation.
Knowledge of HR best practices across HR employee lifecycle processes.
Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Clear communicator, particularly when explaining complex technical principles to non-technical audiences.
Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
Demonstrates high attention to detail with an innate need to investigate complex issues and thoroughly test solutions.
Ability to work effectively under pressure with multiple deliverables, some larger with longer timelines and others requiring immediate attention and completion.
Critical thinker with strong time-management, organisation, multi-tasking and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines also a must.
Experience in customer facing environment.
Educated to degree level (or equivalent).
Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Able to use initiative as well as work as part of a team.
Strong coordination and time management skills.
Desirable
Experience of Workday HCM, absence, advanced compensation and/ or US payroll modules
Experience of configuring Workday business processes
Experience of working with recruitment systems
Experience of configuring and troubleshooting Workday security
Experience of building and maintaining Workday integrations
