For our current and new global clients of Aptean, we are looking for a Principal Dynamics 365 F&O Customer success colleague that can create a top-notch customer Experience.
24/7 Customer success team
As a Customer Success Consultant, you work in a multidisciplinary Customer Success Team on highly varied IT issues for our customers around the world in the Food and Beverage Industry.
Our clients are one of the biggest Food & beverage companies in the world with multiple locations around the globe.
You will be the first point of contact and able to answer questions about our Microsoft Dynamics F&O including our Food specific solution and 3rd party applications.
You analyze the issues and translate them into a suitable solution and design of our products for the customer.
In addition, you guide customers after the implementation, from the project phase to the management phase and you contribute to a long-term relationship.
You are responsible for a permanently appropriate solution in the functional areas.
You work together with colleagues all over the world to serve our customers.
We’re looking for individuals with a strong functional awareness and customer focus. Who can answer and research on functional questions, takes ownership, know how to prioritize, and chase for internal feedback when needed.

Requirements:
Experience within Customer Support (Tech Support / Functional support)
Minimum of 3+ year in Dynamics 365 F&O / AX and focused on one of the following streams (Logistics (WMS) / production / supply chain & Finance)
C1 (near native) level of English (test will be provided)
Able to work flexible hours (3 shifts per 24/7)
