Full Job Description
As a Human Resource Specialized services team member, you will assist in the administration of various Human Resource programs, policies and services. This role will interact with all levels of employees to answer HR questions and resolve issues while complying with company and legal policies. Demonstrates a positive, professional, customer and delivery orientated image of the company.
1. Will be responsible for executing HR policies, programs, and processes smoothly.
2. Responding to questions and supporting employees all HR policies and processes, HR systems, employee data, and assists with data updates.
3. Sound knowledge of People soft and prior work experience on service now is an added advantage
4. Enquiries may come in via multiple channels (e.g., e-mail, phone, case management system). Utilizes knowledge base, call tracking systems and/or third party resources to educate employees. Escalates non-routine matters to appropriate subject matter experts/Center of excellence
5. Utilizes good judgment to resolve complex or non-routine matters on their own and using corporate guidelines / standards. Will also be able to differentiate when critical matters need to be escalated to appropriate subject matter experts.
6. Processes all critical HR operational (routine and non-routine) task such as organization changes, compensation changes, leave requests, position protocol changes, promotion, transfer & any other data updates
7. Ensures high-quality standards for all activities, initiatives, and tasks within the designated functional area(s) of responsibility. Adheres to all service level agreements (SLAs) established by the HR functional area(s)/team(s).
Appropriately documents case details and relevant information in the case management system.
8. Analyzes specific HR data (as requested) and creates formal or ad-hoc reports. Have strong technical skills in multiple areas of expertise and a broader knowledge of HR areas that the HRSC supports.
9. The role specific responsibilities are varied and although they may be assigned to one individual, they may be rotated or reassigned in order to balance the workload within the team.
