You will work closely with our Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Customer Support teams and report directly to our COO.Your roles and responsibilities will include:Leading our internal recruitment and being responsible for planning, strategy, sourcing, shortlisting, screening, pitching, coordination and negotiationProactively sourcing candidates through a combination of channels including job portals, headhunting, referrals, social media etc. to meet the staffing needs and building a pipeline for future rolesManaging candidate status and communication in our applicant tracking systemCoordinating with various Universities for campus placementsAssess applicant/candidate quality, skills, and fit to shortlist the best candidate for a positionManaging Appointy’s social accounts, job boards and community listings to build a reputable online presence and grow our online community of potential candidatesGaining market intelligence by talent mapping and performing competitor analysisBeing our brand ambassador and evangelising Appointy to potential candidatesDeveloping and implementing strategies to make Appointy an employer of choiceMaximizing ROI on recruitment costs and increasing recruitment efficiencyA crucial aspect of the job is fast and clear communication with the team. All communication is done via Slack/email/phone, which means that our ideal candidate for the profile will respond quickly to Slack questions and will not hesitate to reach out and discuss concerns, questions, or issues with the team.What we seek?
