Nutritional assessment of all in patients on daily basis
To plan specific therapeutic diet for all patients based on the disease.
Dietary services:
To ensure right diet reaches the right patient as per the plan
To check the quality of food and general hygiene and record the same in the log book
To communicate all in between food requirement to F&B
Coordination with the F&B
To give written instructions and monitor all meal services
Documentation:
To document the nutrition assessment
To record nutritional plan for all the patient
To document patient and family education
Diet Counseling:
Responsible for discharge diet counseling for all in and out patients
Any other jobs assigned by superior due to exigencies of work
Note: Initial 3 months employees will not be assigned direct responsibility, will work only under the supervision; on completion of 3 months, the employee post competency assessment, if found competent he/she will be assigned direct responsibility.
