Roles & responsibilities:-
1. Monitor patient enrolment process and ensure smooth delivery of services
2. Handle providers grievances as the first point of escalation and address it to give a logical closure
3. Handle and manage patients complaints and resolve issues smoothly
4. Responsible for maintaining appropriate documents related to Transactional care
5. Responsible for transport and logistics of the providers
6. Responsible for Payment collections from the patients and sharing the invoices
7. Responsible for operational issues in regards to transaction visits.
8. Responsible for monitoring and scheduling appointments to all TC service providers
9. Responsible for patient discharges
10. Update reporting manager on any concerns in the field and address them smoothly
MIS and reporting:
1. Reports on Manpower utilisation, case mix and other metrics report for the review
2. Submit reports as prescribed to the concerned reporting manager
3. Any other work assigned by the manager time to time
