Primary responsibilities:
1. Monitor patient enrolment process and ensure smooth delivery of services
2. Leave management of nurses
3. Handle nurses grievances as the first point of escalation and address it to give a logical closure
4. Handle and manage patients complaints and resolve issues smoothly
5. Responsible for transport and logistics.
6. Responsible for operational issues in regards to transaction visits (deployment of staff/field supervisor)
7. Responsible for monitoring and scheduling supervisory visits of the field supervisors, regularly review the visits and ensure bridging the gaps wherever required.
8. Responsible for patient discharges
9. Update ing manager on any concerns in the field and address them smoothly
Secondary responsibilities:
1. Scheduling supervision and adjustment support wherever required
2. Manpower status update and manpower skill set update.
