Associate Consultant

Who are we looking for:

Individuals who are graduates or hold a master’s degree from Commerce or from related fields.
Individuals who have recently completed their graduation to ones who have 3 years of experience.
Should be updated on the current happenings in Finance and Accountancy sectors.

What you will be doing:

Source, develop and manage candidate relationships within accountancy and finance discipline.
Qualify talented individuals suitable for current or future vacancies/clients, through questioning and referencing, in short following the Antal process.
Actively develop knowledge of the assigned niche market to enable you to generate business and business pipeline, through candidate calling, networking and lead generation.
Get engaged in other Social Media Activities and other marketing campaigns to attract talent to your line of business.
Designing Search Plans, Mapping and Headhunting.
Learn and use the in-house CRM to generate candidates list and marketing material.
Stay focused on self-direct performance and career progression goals.
Prioritize workload and ensure working on productive activities to achieve maximum revenue at all times.
