-To escalate the queries of the customer via call, phone & Chat, mail.
-Resolve the customer issue for international customers.
-To provide the best resolution to the customers. –
-Maintain the better relationship with the customers. –
-Meet the customer’s requirements and provide them satisfaction with the best resolution of their queries.
Qualification: 10+2 and Above
Good Communication Skill (Verbal & Written) – MI
Basic Computer Knowledge
Flexible (24/7) environment = 9 hours – Night, Noon, Day – Business Requirement
6 Days working
Ready to Relocate – Jaipur, Rajasthan.
