Must provide leadership and management for the assigned practice (Captive Delivery Center) and is expected to develop and manage teams effectively to meet and exceed internal customer expectations.
Ensure timely and qualitative delivery of all large and complex IT projects for multiple technologies, SAP, S4 / HANA, BO, Oracle, Office 365, ECP, Agile methodology, Cloud hosting, inhouse software development using latest software development tools and technologies, Jira, Engineering Design software, Manufacturing software tools like MES.
Develop and Manage SAP technical and functional support to the users globally as per Global IT guidelines.
Responsible for overall budget & expense management for Global Delivery Center.
Develop & Drive effective implementation strategies that are based on valid, internal customer-specific technology value propositions.
Manage delivery to ensure the overall success of the implementation/project deliveries.
Proactively build and grow a team culture that focuses on successful and enduring customer and partner relationships.
Mentor and nurture a team of professionals and create an effective practice team that is capable of solution development, business enablement and deliver business ready solutions.
Training and development of team members in GDC at par with the latest technological advancement in the market.
Responsible for overall Global Delivery Center services in India.
20-25 years in managing IT in Multinational manufacturing organization.
Strong exposure in working team in APAC, Europe and US managing SAP, Infrastructure Operations, Security, Software development and managing shared service centre supporting global locations.
Knowledge of ISO 27001| 2015 and ITSM.
Good knowledge and exposure delivering AI/ML projects.
Good to have exposure to solution architecture.
Highly ethical and transparent.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with proven experience and thought leadership.
Strong verbal and written communication skills & Strong presentation skills.
Education and Functional Expertise: B.Tech. / M. Tech / MCA degree in computer science, MBA from reputed institution.
Certifications / degree in Information Security or Cyber Laws or Data Privacy
Strong knowledge of local IT market and demands
