We at Anchanto are in search of an experienced HR Generalist who will be responsible for applying business knowledge and human resources expertise. He or she will assist in providing a wide range of HR support and advice and the role will be far from one-dimensional. The successful candidate will play a key role in the success of the organization by offering guidance on a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and leaves, Talent Acquisition and crafting HR policies and best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between personnel and senior management
The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole

Responsibilities:
Design and Administer compensation and benefit plans including Compensation Benchmarking, surveys and assessing appropriate benefits plan
Conduct and help organize learning initiatives. Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments
Takes part in proactive recruiting assistance. Supports recruiting and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions
Helps implementing employee onboarding and new hire orientation
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Assist in development and implementation of human resource guidelines
Undertake tasks around performance management
Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
Requirements:
Master’s degree in human resources or related (essential)
Proven experience as an HR Generalist. Minimum 7 to 8 years of experience as an HR Generalist (essential).
Efficient HR administration and people management skills
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
Excellent record-keeping skills
Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines
Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software
Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Meticulous attention to detail
