Analyst – Banking Operations Full Time

Razorpay, Bengaluru is hiring for an Analyst – Banking Operations ( Merchant Onboarding )

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Work closely with Razorpay’s partner banks to get their merchants onboarded on Razorpay
• Understand and respond to various queries raised by both internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver against the set operational targets for assigned activities
• Deliver strong working relationships with all the stakeholders, both external and internal
• Ensuring adherence to a well-defined operational process set up for the assigned activities

Desired Skills and Experience

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid and collaborative work environment.
• High energy team player with willingness to learn and adapt quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in operational role will be given preference
• 1 – 3 years of overall experience of which experience in the payments space either with banks, payment aggregators or fintechs companies will be given high preference.
