US CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT (VOICE)

• Qualification: – Under Graduate / Graduate
• Experience: – 6 Months of experience preferred in the same domain
• Should be open for flexible shifts.
• Support to Utility Company Based on East Coast
• Work from Office – Bangalore (Brookfield)
• Technical background not required

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Should be aware about US culture
• Receiving calls from US customers regarding Billing queries, Complaints and Payment related
• Should have excellent communication skills (Versant 4/5)
• Making sure that the customer’s issues are attended and all of their concern are resolved immediately
• Ensure that the customer’s confidential information is properly protected and only used for official purposes.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
