Roles & Responsibilities

• Work on launching new products and to enhance current products
• Partner closely with Sales/Acquisition teams on various Product-Sales initiatives to drive portfolio growth
• Assist team is developing and executing various customer communications & Card member engagement initiatives
• Draft communication briefs and work with brand team to launch various customer facing communications (emails, digital and other form factors)
• Leverage business and technical knowledge for the effective use of varied communication tools to support business strategies and deliver business value
• Align multiple internal stakeholders to ensure communications are aligned with the overall customer engagement strategy
• Identify opportunities to improve the performance of various communication channels and improve product benefit utilization of consumer charge cards.
• Track competition closely and launch best-in-class features on Amex products
• Work with other consumer teams and business managers to optimize overall Blue Box business growth, cultivate cross sell opportunities to deepen customer relationship, drive business transformation and change management
• Interface with multiple functions such as Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance and to resolve all matters pertaining to the product

• Min 2-4 years of experience In Product or portfolio management
• Strong Communication & Presentation Skills
• Strong academic record
• High level of accountability & focused on delivering timely & effective results
• Right attitude towards learning new skillsets
