Serve a key resource in the implementation of global and regional strategic business programs. Collaborate with colleagues to either facilitate, help co-ordinate and deliver improvements within business functions as directed; or implement strategic projects. Works closely with business units to provide financial analysis and project planning/tracking services to ensure that targeted saves are achieved. Continuously challenges current Business custom and practice, proposing opportunities appropriate to achieve the planned save.
Accountability (Task Delivery)
Responsible for reviewing mid back office processes from compliance and control perspective. Incumbent requires in-depth knowledge of reporting / GDS along with stake holder management skills. In addition to the core responsibilities, the incumbent will be required to bring in specialized / advance knowledge to manage account level reporting, lead account/team level projects.
Responsibilities:
Mid Back office position based out of Gurgaon, will require to work collaboratively with 22 TLS markets for air and non-air processes.
Ensuring compliance and control for mid back office
Leading audits for the process along with submission of audit reports and closure
Controllership and finance POC
Bank reconciliation and query POC
Handling internal and external projects
Presenting business updates to stakeholders
Relationship lead for other TLS functions
Qualifications:
Graduate with 6 – 7 years of working experience, preferably in travel back office
Flexible to work in shifts
Accounting and finance procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good command on Microsoft excel
Experience in handling audit queries
Problem solving skills
