Purpose of the Role
Management of end to end Benefit Operations for India & APAC markets.
Responsibilities
Ensuring the accuracy of processing, benefit accounting and payments.
Manage the car leasing & employee medical insurance benefits
Invoice processing for APAC & EMEA markets
Preparation & tracking of dashboard, scorecard & multiple trackers
Effective vendor management: Coordination and management of the entire benefit function through multiple vendors and their internal teams.
Validation and auditing, ensuring legislative, compliance and internal reporting requirements for Benefit operations
Ensure proper documentation, SOP & Process flow update for the operations.
Email servicing for employees on the resolution of their queries related to Retiral, medical & other types of benefits.
Ensure timeliness & accuracy of the billings from servicing vendors
Managing quality metrics and lead projects as required towards process improvement and standardization of various internal & external systems.
Interacting and collaborating with partners across multiple lines of business to source information and deliver on customer expectations
Closely working with Customer facing vendor team for the assigned market (s) to work on enhancing employee experience & satisfaction.
Consistently understand and exceed customer requirements whilst ensuring effective teamwork
Ensure that all deadlines are continuously met as per dashboard timelines and adequate controls are maintained over the processes
Lead internal / regulatory / statutory audits by providing the detailed documentations specified by the auditors / regulators.
Assuring the escalation of critical issues to the appropriate management chain for decisions and problem resolution.
Critical Factors to Success
Expert knowledge of Benefits for APAC markets
Knowledge of advance excel & power BI, tableau.
Experience of invoice processing & preparation of tracker & reconciliations.
Quality experience in Managing E2E Benefit functions in a reputed organization with large employee base
Subject Matter Expert knowledge of benefit related compliances
High attention to detail with an eye for Accuracy & Controls, Strong results-orientation, resourcefulness.
Past Experience
Extensive experience and thorough understanding of Benefits related servicing operations and compliances. Experience on customer servicing will be an added advantage.
Academic Background
MBA in Finance / HR with at least 2+ years of experience OR Graduation in commerce or Arts with 5+ years of experience.
Functional Skills –
Subject Matter Expert knowledge of local compliances preferably for India
Demonstrated Strong Soft skills & proficiency in MS-Excel, Power Point etc.
Extensive experience and thorough understanding of managing servicing operations for APAC markets.
Technical Skills
Thorough Knowledge of AMEX systems and Comprehensive knowledge of Retirals, Medical & various types of benefits.
