Promote and lead Operational Excellence and quality at the company or division level while implementing Amdocs and industry best practices.
What will your job look like?
1. Assesses current status against desired end state using relevant assessment practices
2. Initiates process improvement and methodologies/processes/services/measurements through the entire lifecycle based on Amdocs Quality Best Practices & Policies based on Division/Unit needs
3. Delivers Quality & OE Professional Services for both internal and external customers (with a greater focus on internal): – Leads focused implementation up until and including a successful handshake, including measurement of KPIs their impact and monitoring of program progress together with the relevant stakeholders- Prepares RFPs responses – Ensures Operational Excellence on matters related to IP protection – Provides consulting services as needed
4. Leads E2E comprehensive process improvement efforts and corporate level projects
5. Analyzes measurements and audit results, and present insights to Amdocs management
6. Develop standards, practices, and tools based on domain expertise
7. Represents and positions Amdocs as an OE industry leader (e.g., participating in and presenting professional forums and conferences, engaging in meetings with customers, etc.)
All you need is…
B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering / Software Engineering
Prior process engineering experience
Comprehensive knowledge in the development of quality-related best practices
Domain expert in the area that is handling the change
Consulting to senior management
Comprehensive knowledge of industry methods, standards, and models (SCRUM, ISO 20000, CMMI, etc.)
Analysis and auditing background – Preferred
~ 5 years of experience in leading SW projects (overall 10 years in SW development), preferably in the telecom industry
Primary Skill: Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving, Communication with Impact, Consulting, Continuous Improvement, Process Excellence
PMP, Six Sigma, Agile Coach certification is good to have
