The Performance Marketing space is exciting, challenging, and constantly evolving. Our team operates at the forefront of this innovation to provide our customers with the best experience as they spend more and more time online browsing and shopping. To do so, we experiment, learn a lot, and work with a wide range of internal and external partners to build a new touch point for our customers.

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our digital advertising efforts. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop a deep understanding of social & content marketing, actively contribute to the innovation in this space, and cooperate with a wide range of internal and external partners to drive Marketing projects forward.

The Ideal Candidate Will Be Able To

• Form and execute strategy to solve complex problems which involves large scale data analysis with a continuous focus to automate and simplify.
• Optimize channel performance to meet goals such as – scaling the channel, acquiring new customers and maximizing ROI
• Work directly with external ad networks to understand platforms capabilities and explore marketing campaigns.
• Design and carry out well-structured experiments (including tracking, measuring, and ing).
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to balance multiple business priorities

We are looking for someone who will exhibit strong analytical skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative climate. The successful candidate will be highly analytical and detail-oriented, possess good communication and writing skills and be comfortable in taking necessary action with minimal supervision. Candidates must demonstrate a superior track record for creative problem solving and strategic thinking. Requirements include a minimum of 4-5 years of marketing experience in online or software industries with a heavy bias towards online advertising, Social, SEM and e-commerce environments.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
• Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multi-territory campaign management
• Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
