Sales
Highlights the needs for proof of concepts and pilots, shaping the projects as such.
Work alongside account manager, and CSMs to develop commercial proposals.
Technical Integration
Internal Communication
Raise and follow through solution requirements preventing Amadeus from succeeding with selling those solutions to Customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to align solution design to customers’ business requirements.
Ensure alignment with CSM & Account Manager on what the customer needs.
Collaborate with Account Manager & CSM to ensure additional Business development opportunities are effectively covered and advanced.
Alert Account Manager of potential risks to deal closure.
Team Dedication
Proactively raises awareness to team members and CSMs, of best practices regarding IT Solutions
It’s interested in learning best practices from team members, to apply them to her/his solution scope.
Proactive to help CSM teams on Solution Expertise needs raised from customers.
