Summary overview of responsibilities:
Extensive Functional knowledge of products and projects handled.
Functional point of contact for the team members handling
Good in-depth Knowledge on the travel Domain preferably in the area of Reservation and Ticketing.
Good presentation & communication skills
Interfacing with PM, product managers, Customers
Specification /Test plan review
Sizing review by the team and presenting it for approval committee.
Coaching, Mentoring, Motivating teams
Recruitment support
Co-coordinating and working closely with other experts in the Department,
Building innovative ways to create and share knowledge across the department.
Clear understanding of the internal products with the business.
Clear understanding of end to end flows across Reservation domain.
Major responsibilities:
Functional knowledge of products and projects handled.
Planning (Alignment, Prioritizing the work/assignment/tasks )
Checkpoint meetings on the milestones with the team
Reporting Project status (WSR)
Interfacing with PM, product managers, Customers
Managing the Daily stand ups
Specification /Test plan review
Sprint review preparation/demo
Sizing review by the team and presenting it for approval committee.
HR(Coaching, Mentoring, Motivating)
Recruitment support
Support Manager in Career Development of the people (trainings)
Co-coordinating and working with internal teams, Training,
Building knowledge base with Domain skills, project knowledge, presentations
Proposing Innovation on the existing products & Projects
Very Good presentation and communication skills
Major responsibilities:
Analyzing business requirements submitted by Product Management.
Reviewing change requests.
Sizing activities.
Providing information to the Product Management as necessary for the elaboration of business cases and RFP responses.
Review functional specifications when needed.
Carrying out the functional walk-through of the product with the Development, Quality teams and Product Management.
Interfacing and communicate with Product Management.
Interfacing with customer during functional specification, testing and initial implementation phases as necessary.
Relevant job experience:
10 to 12 years of relevant experience
Requirement
Extensive experience in Business Analysis
Mandatory to have extensive Travel Domain knowledge and experience
Good understanding of Project Life cycle and SDLC Models
Good Documentation skills
Problem solving skills and learning attitude
Good communication, analytical and presentation skills
Education
Should be a B.Tech Graduate from reputed university college or MCA
