AM/DM – Manufacturing Engineering Job at Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure that manufacturing process is run as per the desired quality of product requirement.
• Manage the complete industrialization process for new products by budgeting for CAPEX, deciding the timelines, plant layouts, installation of machines, testing and roll out of the production.
• Design fixtures and tools and make it operational at plants and at subcontracting vendors.
• Set cycle time output for existing and new processes by applying MOST system.
• Review and audit production processes and check for non-compliances as per standard operating procedures.
• Update utilization of resources in the MAPEX system to control PRI (manufacturing cost).
• Control assets as per asset register and validate. (FAR)

Functional Competencies

• Knowledge of engineering techniques like Maynard’s Operating Sequence Technique (MOST) and Pre-determined Motion Time Standards (PMTS)
• Complete understanding of fixtures design, tools and assembly process
• Good knowledge of the product and its technology

Qualifications, Role Specific Knowledge and Experience

• BTech/BE, preferably mechanical with relevant work experience of 5 – 7 years
• Should have excellent knowledge of engineering processes, tools and design
• Awareness of pad printing, laser marking and laser technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
