Full Job Description
*Complete Knowledge in Recruitment of labor & staff.* Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media )and Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally.*Ready to travel regarding recruitment process for whole units and fillup the Job vacancy.*Responsible for Employee growth, KRA, KPI.* Design and update job descriptions.* Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates & Screen incoming resumes and application forms.* Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person) follow-up.* Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests.*Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to senior managers.*Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.*Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire.*Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events*Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needsJob Types: Full-time, Walk-InSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusExperience:HR: 4 years (Preferred)work: 4 years (Preferred)total work: 4 years (Preferred)Human Resources: 4 years (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Work Remotely:NoCOVID-19 Precaution(s):Social distancing guidelines in placeSpeak with the employer+91 9865744275
