Experience in sourcing high potential candidates from various online channels like job portals, social media, professional platforms like LinkedIn, etc. Expertise in Sourcing, Screening and validating candidates based on job descriptions. Provide exceptional candidate care and ensure that candidates are effectively pre-screened before inclusion into the recruitment process. Experience on scheduling and coordinating interviews. Able to meet recruitment expectations. Should possess good communication skills. Select and qualify candidates based upon skill, cultural, and motivational fit, utilizing behavioural based approach and screening criteria. Maintain timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions.
