Agrim Wholesale Pvt. Ltd. – a B2B commerce marketplace for agri-inputs connecting manufacturers directly with retailers. We are currently onboarding branded seed producers/ manufacturers to service our retail customers (currently 80,000 ).
We are building a B2B agri-inputs digital marketplace to bring efficiency in the value chain. We started this business in the Rabi season and built a network of about 80,000 retailers across the North and Western parts of India and supplied about 200,000 qt. of wheat seeds in a span of 2 months.

Job Responsibilities:
– Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, sms, whatsapp and emails
– Build contacts with potential clients
– Understand customer needs and requirements
– Lead qualified opportunities to closure
– Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
– Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
– Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
– Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Requirements:
– Must possess strong customer service skills
– Must have good negotiation skills
– Proven inside sales experience
– Track record of over-achieving quota
– Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
– Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
– Excellent verbal and written communications skills
– Strong listening and presentation skills
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
– BA/BS degree or equivalent
