OverviewAgnik, is a global connected car technology company (www.agnik.com) operating in 38 countries headquartered in USA with major consumer brands like Vyncs (www.vyncs.com) and several B2B products. Agnik is looking for a member of its team at the rank of Human Resources Management Specialist for its New Town, Kolkata office. Creating innovative retention programs. You must be experienced in finding and hiring human resources preferably in a technology company.Develop innovative strategies to bring in new talents and manage existing human and material resources.Support miscellaneous administrative tasks necessary to maintain the workspace facility, as needed.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel).Assist in the development of Human Resource Management plan and implementation process.Maintain and update Employee Benefit Manual.Maintain and update Company Handbook of employee policies and procedures.Lead the employee recruiting initiatives (Run employment ads, schedule interview, send and follow up on job offers). Lead outreach activities for developing relationships necessary for access to human resources.Create new hire employment packages. Help develop, manage and ensure all new hires are provided all paperwork and equipment on the first day of the job.Track employee documentation (Personnel files, employee certifications, new hire paperwork, performance reviews, employee equipment, and employee termination).Assist accounting with attendance and leave tracking and cash expense voucher receipt tracking.Assist in managing company vehicles and equipment.Assist sales and marketing in writing documents if needed.QualificationsThe 2 – 4 years of work experience in an operations management role preferably with a technology company.Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English. Selected person will have to fluently communicate with Agnik’s employees from different countries. If you struggle to write grammatically correct English or speak fluently in English then do not apply.Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet programs.General office organization skills.Possess a cooperative attitude, be personable.Demonstrate reliability and timelines through previous job experience(s).Dependable and reliable.Disciplined and willing to follow company processes.SalaryCommensurate with qualifications.
