Senior Manager – HRBP with 10+ years of experience at a salary of Rs. 18,00,000 Lacs Per AnnumIndependently leading the creation & implementation of HR Strategies / Policies and ProcessesManaging HR operations team to ensure accuracy of all employee records and digitization of the same PAN IndiaManaging Compensation & Benefits team to ensure salary, reimbursements and other benefits are processed timely and accuratelyPreparing and sharing HR dashboard for quarterly and annual board meetingsCoordinating with Legal and Finance team to prepare the Annual Report of the organizationManaging end-to-end ESOPOverall planning of compensation – Budgeting & forecasting; ensuring inputs to relevant finance team and functions for their team budgeting on compensationPartner with Business Heads to review, develop and analyze employee related data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee capability, retention and experienceMonitor the internal pay ranges, undertake competitive analysis and market trends to provide guidance on salary movements, appropriate compensation and grade fitment for internal movementsDriving and executing performance linked incentive program for sales teamEvaluating, negotiating and proposing management with best options for the organization’s various insurance policies. viz.
