AGES Learning Solutions Hiring for HR & Staffing Coordinator Job at Remote Full Time

• Schedule Interviews with hiring managers and collaborate with the recruitment team
• Manage the entire hiring process, which includes reference checks, offer letter creation, negotiations with potential hires
• Maintain all HR & staffing records including hiring records
• Maintain/track the entire on-boarding process of new hires & exit process of exiting employees
• Conduct initial orientation for all new hires
• Coordinate with Training Department on Training New hires
• Coordinate with the Behavioral Delivery team on the right employee placement based on the need
• Maintain all employee files and personal contact information;
• Provide support for employee questions related to payroll, time and attendance, HR concerns
• Provide administrative support to benefits programs (such as life, health, vision, dental, etc.) and leave of absences
• Develop, maintain, publish and train employees on new employee policies and procedures
• Maintain, manage & monitor all California & Utah required HR policies and procedures
• Communicates with employees, management and HR team as appropriate
• Provides HR staff support and other special projects, other projects & duties as assigned

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Considerable time will be spent at a desk using a desktop computer or laptop
• Due to the highly involved nature of the position, it is essential for the HR & Staffing Coordinator to provide effective support and demonstrate commitment to the mission & vision of A.G.E.S. Learning Solutions.

Skills & Abilities

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem resolution experience.
• Manage multiple tasks and exercise sound judgment.
• Cultivate collaborative relationships with internal and external constituencies.
• Operate in a highly confidential manner and with minimal supervision and direction.

Salary

• (Rs. 4,00,000 – 5,00,000 P.A ) .

• This is a 100% remote job
• US work timings are mandatory (10pm to 6am IST)
