About the internship/job:
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Work on timely and accurate invoicing to clients 2. Analyze and reconcile bank statements 3. Analyze and reconcile TDS statements 4. Work on the complete vendor registration process 5. Work on accounts receivable follow up with customers on outstanding payments 6. Work on account payable keep track of vendor invoice payments and make payments accordingly 7. Work on invoice reconciliation for all the customers on a regular basis 8. Work on reconciliation of TDS 9. Work on data entry of all accounts 10. Work on coordination with banks for remittances 11. Work on coordination with auditors for monthly closure of accounts and GST audits 12. Work on preparation of the statement of accounts

Other requirements:
Must be a graduate with a degree in commerce Must have 0 to 1 year of accounting experience Must have knowledge of Tally ERP and any CRM (for invoicing)
