Experience: 3+years in Bpo / Customer Support voice process
Candidate Should have excellent fluency in English
Candidate must have Inbound or Outbound customer service, banking process or any voice process background knowledge in BPO and working as a Team Leader
Should have Hands-on experience in Team management.
Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives.
