Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• End to End Recruitment process.
• HR documentation.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
• Meeting with departmental representatives to discuss HR issues.
• Assisting with the production and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Follow up of confirmation records statutory obligations – PF, ESIC, taxes, etc.
• Assist day to day HR operations

Qualification, Experience, and Skills Required:

• Graduate /Post Graduate
• Must be an Innovative, Creative & fresh thinker.
• Must be a self-starter & self-motivated person with Proven Track Record.
• Must have Self-confidence & leadership qualities.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Pleasant personality with Analytical ability.
• A firm commitment and sense of ownership.
• Pleasing and professional personality.
• Must have an excellent level of communication skill in English

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
