Full Job Description
Gather and organize information about the problem to be solved or the procedure to be improved
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying business needs
Supervising the design of new products and evaluating how these will perform on the market.
Owns and delivers software requirements as part of a formal software development lifecycle
Delivers software to high quality and within agreed timescales
Maintaining, testing and improving business and systems operations.
Communicating ideas and viewpoints to senior management.
Identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.
Evaluating the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met.
Creating monthly performance reports.
Mentoring less experienced Business Analysts.

Experience of using agile methodologies
An analytical approach to problem solving
Strong customer facing skills with the ability to represent the company in a confident and professional manner
