Job Role : Administrator (Microsoft Teams)

Experience Required: 8 – 12Yrs

Location : Delhi NCR

Principal Duties

• Under general direction, performs analysis, technical support, and recommendations to improvements around Unified Communications systems
• This role will participate in customer and business partner meetings to understand requirements and support needs.
• Coordinate with vendors on open tickets, issues, and escalations.
• Configure and administer Microsoft Teams technology
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues around Microsoft Teamssystems
• Collaborate with customers and IT to define end user and technical requirements.
• Communicating with internal team members and users directly on projects.
• Provide occasional on call responsibilities for critical issues
• Proactively enforces worldwide and local security policies to ensure IT information assets are protected

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education/Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of related work experience OR
• Associate degree & 4+ years of related experience OR
• High School Diploma or Equivalent & 6+ years of related experience
• 1+ years of experience integrating Unified Communications (ex. Genesys, Teams)
• Microsoft Teams, Genesys, Voice Certification is a plus
