Job Description : We are looking for a Media Assistant to provide administrative support to our media operations. We expect you to track advertising projects from start to finish ensuring efficiency and accurate record-keeping.

Role / Responsibilities:
Help media buyers and planners develop, execute and monitor media plans.

Ensure billing procedures run smoothly.

Resolve issues and help build strong relationships with media outlets.

Take on buying tasks as assigned by the Media Buyers.

Set up and maintain media partner relationships.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Proven 5 to 10 year of experience as a Media Assistant or other administrative role

Experience of coral draw and Photoshop. Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is an add-on advantage.

Knowledge of how to create print media and digital files for the printing process.

5-10 year of knowledge in the field.
