• Execute Customer Service & Support and ensure customer satisfaction and customer retention as per SLA.
• Handling customers query on calls and emails.
• Build and maintain relationship with the entire customer base assigned by ensuring constant engagement with customers during the life cycle and at important stages in the customer lifecycle like onboarding, agreement, sustenance and handover of possession.
• Handling escalations and coordinate with concerned teams to ensure speedy resolution of all issues
• Coordinate with banks and registration authorities on behalf of customers
• Achieve CSAT and SLA targets and prepare dashboard on frequent basis.
• Generating referral business from existing customer
• Achieve collections target affecting revenue of business
• Ensure accuracy of all financial and metric data in accordance with business guidelines. Extensive use of technology.
• Ensured smooth cross functional coordination with departments like sales, marketing, accounts, taxation, legal, and projects.
