Adani Airport Holdings Ltd Looking for Planning Manager at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India Full Time

• Plan activities for projects, resource planning schedule with software and develop the schedule stage by stage under advice of HO Planning Lead. Knowledge of MSP and Primavera are must.
• Ensure the implementation of company laid systems /processes including documentation of DPR, WPR, MPR, Reconciliation s, Quality s, safety s etc. Regular follow up & monitoring of s being received from concerned team, collation of information & submission of summary to Project Head in prescribed format.
• Control Management System
• Early engagement with concerned teams & identification of Project Deliverables in accordance with project timetable. The sequencing shall be planned in consultation with Project In Charge such that timelines are aligned with contractual deliverables and overall stage wise timelines mandated by HO Planning.
• Identify and demonstrate the high-level risks of delays in current timetable at an early stage (in consultation with HO Planning Lead) to Adani Internal stakeholders such as Project In-charge and Head of Projects Department.
• Preparation & circulation of review meeting calendar and communication matrix in consultation with Project in Charge and HO Planning Lead.
• Develop and share the design and construction process map, methodologies, procurement process micro steps and take process owner alignment prior to incorporation in schedule. Till such time develop the schedule with assumptions based on standard trade practices in the industry.
• Close monitoring of actual project progress, assessment of status of deliverables. Circulation of deviations for corrective measure along with information to Project Head.
• Ensure tracking of ordering, purchase of raw material & manufacturing of procurement items for timely supply at site.
• Understanding of documentation requirement based on Project scope & ensures compliance of the same.
• Understanding of interfaces among various discipline, contractors & consultants & ensure appropriate interface management plan is worked out & implemented.
• Preparation of project cash flow requirement. Monitoring of bills submitted by different contractors, coordination with concerned execution team, CAD, Finance & ABEX team for timely processing & release of payments.
• Ensure capturing of all change requests & application of change management process to identify schedule & cost impact of changes, acceptance or rejection of change request, recoding & implementation of accepted changes.
• Prior to monthly review meetings, present 2 month look ahead and impact of delay during past month to the same wrt latest validated baseline.
• Regular interaction with all concerned team, capturing & recording of critical issues & events. Presentation of critical issues to Project Head for analysis, finalization of action path & responsibility. Monitoring of implementation of required actions for critical issues.
• Actively support HO Planning Lead in implementing lean techniques such as “Big Room Pull Planning” Implementation, Digital Process Documentation/Validation and “Process improvement exercises with “Value Stream Mapping” technique.
• Ensure implementation of proper project closure & handing over procedure.
• Ensure capturing of all project progress data, Evaluation of project schedule & cost progress, identification of problem areas & critical issues, analysis of critical path & constraints. Develop & maintain periodic status of project to keep management informed on project progress.

Qualifications

Education

B.E. (Civil) with first class from reputed organization Certification or in Primavera Project Planner experience of minimum 12 to 16 years in the same or PG in Construction Management work with 7-8 years of experience.

Experience

• Minimum 12 years of experience as planning & control engineer of multi discipline project.
• Postgraduate in project management from NICMAR or equivalent institution is an added advantage.

Prior experience in execution of Commercial Real Estate, Hospitality , Hotel Projects will be preferred.
