Job descriptionRecruitment for city level positions for existing and upcoming markets through various sources including mass walk-in drives, referral drives, job fairs, hiring partners, job sites, social media etc.Ensure smooth induction of new joiners in the system to generate their positive first impression with the organization.Conduct employee engagement activities and ascertain high engagement score.Ascertain prevalence of good work culture in the city.Partner with the business to meet desired HR objectives in the city.Coordinate with Learning and Development team for providing desired training programs to employees.Generate HR reports / MIS for periodic HR reviews.Handle employee issues and concerns in the city and take measures to resolve the same.Support internal growth of employees in tune with their competencies and potential.Steer various HR drives cascaded from the regional / head office in the city.Maintain HR hygiene in the city.Operator training and Labor law and Industrial RelationDesired SkillsGood understanding of HR processes and systems.Adaptable to handling changing requirements and situations.Ability to communicate and connect with employees to understand their issues and concerns, provide desired resolutions and generate trust.Good in excel with ability to generate HR reports as and when needed.Result oriented and willingness to deliver result under stiff timelines.Ability to understand complexities of the business and align HR with the business to meet business objectives.Strict to ethical standards.Experience : 5 to 7 YearsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹34,480.00 – ₹35,000.00 per monthSchedule:Monday to FridaySpeak with the employer+91 8623864659
