Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead analysis to evaluate campaign performance, suggest optimization, and complete campaign s, bringing cross channel performance insights and actionables
Input into the digital strategy requirements with a strong understanding of the business objectives and KPIs
Analyze data, trends, performance and leverage your understanding of Google, FB, & Programmatic advertising solutions to create holistic marketing strategies
Develop and manage a team of permanence specialists
Develop and maintain strategic and testing roadmaps in CPC/CPM campaigns
Lead strategy design to implementation on always on performance campaigns
Develop campaign measurement frameworks that are aligned with marketing KPIs and ensure proper mechanisms are in place to track performance
Coordinate with the creative and content team and help them to drive the overall creative and content strategy with supporting data and analysis.
Create campaign yearly calendar, plan budgets & guide team to achieve the targets
Skill Set required:
Hands on experience in managing Facebook ads manager, Google analytics, Appsflyer/Branch.
Proficiency in excel is a must
Strong written and verbal communication

Experience & Educational Requirement
Grad/MBA from Tier 1 institute with 5+ years of experience in B2C/Startup Companies
