Responsibilities:
1.Provide policy guidance to employees.
2.Respond to human resources-related inquiries related to training, payroll, performance appraisal, goal setting etc.
3.Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits or company policies.
4.Induct the new joinee by doing Induction and new employee onboarding and orientation.
5.Develop & maintain talent management process.
6.Make manpower planning and work on recruitment by sourcing profiles through self sourcing
7.Drive performance appraisal, employee engagement activities.
8. Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.
9. Work on attrition analysis, maintain dashboards etc.
10. Grievance handling and stakeholder management.

Salary: ₹500,000.00 – ₹1,000,000.00 per year
