Project Role :Application Support Engineer
Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : -Major Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management -Coordinate, and standardize all ITIL problem management activities ensuring root cause and prevention is identified -Proactively detect and prevent future problems/incidents and initiate the Problem Management process to allow quicker diagnosis and resolution -Prepare reports and trend reports for use in the problem management process -Coordinate, convene and facilitate problem review meetings -Handling MIM bridges and CAB calls
Technical Experience : -Good understanding of ITIL -Good understanding of Problem-solving Techniques -Basic technical understanding of Servers, Applications, triaging, Network -Basic understanding of MS Suites -Should have experience on Trend Analysis and identifying improvement and automation opportunities -Advanced Excel knowledge including VB Macros
Professional Attributes : -An ability to learn and adapt new processes quickly -Good time management skills -An ability to follow processes -Strong documentation skills -Good communication skills both written and verbal -Should be flexible for 24X7
Educational Qualification : -Minimum Graduate degree on BTech, BE, BCA, BSc computers or BSc IT
Additional Information : -Basic knowledge on Ticketing Tools -Understanding of Workflows and Operational readiness
