Job Description:

• Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services and obtain details of complaints.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
• Actively resolve issues for our enterprise partners over the phone and keep updated records of all communications
• Actively engage with internal teams to get the queries resolved for the customers in the defined turn around times

Skills and Experience Required:

• Graduation diploma or its equivalent
• Prior experience of using support CRM
• Prior telephone customer support and sales experience
• Basic understanding of banking, finance and technology products
• Flexibility with office timing depending upon business requirements
• Good communication within the team
• Basic understanding of MS Office
• Fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi
